Thank you for shopping at Tiskora Delight. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
✔ The item is damaged or defective
✔ The item received is different from what was ordered
✔ The product is missing parts
✔ The product description was incorrect or misleading
⚠️ Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
❌ The item was used or damaged by the customer
❌ The return is initiated after the 7-day period
❌ The item is not in its original packaging
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account on tiskoradelight.odoo.com
Go to Orders → My Orders
Select the order you want to return
Click Request Return / Refund
Provide photos or details showing the issue
Once submitted, our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
✔ If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping charges.
✔ If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Please ensure the item is securely packed with all included accessories, tags, and original packaging.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
🔹 Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
🔹 You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete
5. Exchange Requests
If you want to exchange your product, kindly submit an exchange request with your order details. If the requested item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process.
